GTM Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the internal platform that powers GTM operations, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage code reviews, maintain the GTM platform, and develop features while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review pull requests from contributors to ensure code quality and production readiness
- Identify business problems and build features end-to-end, integrating external APIs as needed
- Manage deployments and infrastructure for the GTM platform while maintaining documentation and code standards
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
- Fluency in modern web technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
- Experience in contributing to and reviewing code in a multi-person codebase
- Proven track record of owning features from problem identification to solution implementation
- Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
