GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the internal platform for GTM operations, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage code reviews, develop features, and oversee infrastructure while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests from contributors to ensure code quality, security, and production readiness
• Identify business problems and build features from scoping to deployment, integrating external APIs as needed
• Manage deployments and infrastructure for the GTM platform, maintaining documentation and contributor patterns

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Fluency in a modern web stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
• Experience with multi-person codebases, including code reviews and managing merge conflicts
• Proven track record of owning features end-to-end, from problem identification to driving adoption
• Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployment processes
