GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Growth team, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage the internal platform for GTM operations, focusing on code review, quality assurance, and feature development while ensuring a collaborative environment for cross-functional contributors.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests to validate logic, security, and production readiness, while maintaining the GTM platform codebase
• Identify and solve business problems by developing features end-to-end and integrating external APIs
• Manage deployments, servers, and infrastructure for the GTM platform, ensuring code quality standards are upheld

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Fluency in a modern web stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
• Experience in contributing to and reviewing code within a multi-person codebase
• A proven track record of owning features from problem identification to solution implementation
• Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
