GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the internal platform that powers GTM operations, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage code reviews, maintain the GTM platform codebase, and develop features while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Review pull requests from cross-functional contributors to ensure code quality and production readiness
• Identify business problems and build features end-to-end, including integrating external APIs
• Manage deployments, servers, and infrastructure for the GTM platform while maintaining documentation and code quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Fluency in a modern web stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
• Experience with code contributions and reviews in a multi-person codebase
• Proven track record of owning features from problem identification to solution implementation
• Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
