GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the internal platform for GTM operations, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage code reviews, feature development, and infrastructure operations while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests from contributors to ensure code quality, security, and production readiness
• Identify business problems and develop features end-to-end, including integrating external APIs
• Manage deployments and infrastructure for the GTM platform, maintaining code quality standards and documentation

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Fluency in modern web technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, and AWS
• Experience with code contributions and reviews in a multi-person codebase
• Proven track record of owning features from problem identification to solution implementation
• Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
