Job Summary
Seeking a remote GTM Engineer, the successful candidate will build and manage AI agents and automations to solve business challenges, partnering with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and drive measurable impact.
Key responsibilities
- Own and improve a portfolio of AI agents and automations across marketing and revenue data
- Develop AI agents and workflows that automate manual GTM tasks, utilizing LLM APIs and modern tooling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address deeper business problems through automation solutions
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in GTM engineering, RevOps, or related fields with a strong understanding of GTM
- Proficiency with AI coding assistants and experience building with LLM APIs
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with a scripting language such as Python or TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize shipping functional solutions over perfection
