GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Growth team, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage the internal platform for GTM operations, focusing on code review, quality maintenance, and feature development while collaborating with cross-functional contributors in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests from contributors to ensure code quality and security
• Identify business problems and develop features from scoping to deployment
• Manage deployments and infrastructure for the GTM platform, maintaining documentation and code standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Fluency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
• Experience with code reviews and managing a multi-person codebase
• Proven track record of owning features end-to-end without a detailed specification
• Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
