Job Summary
Owning TLDR's GTM systems end-to-end, the full-time remote GTM Engineer will manage HubSpot administration, ensure data integrity, and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize revenue operations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee GTM systems including HubSpot administration, data pipelines, and product launches
- Maintain data integrity by building accurate pipelines and monitoring field completeness
- Diagnose and resolve recurring issues, automating or re-architecting solutions as necessary
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience managing GTM systems in a B2B SaaS or tech company
- Proficient in HubSpot beyond basic administration
- Strong critical thinking and solution design skills with a product mindset
- Experience with data integrity management and pipeline monitoring
- Familiarity with AI applications in GTM systems and API integrations
