GTM Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the internal platform that powers GTM operations, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage code reviews, feature development, and infrastructure operations, ensuring high-quality contributions while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review pull requests from cross-functional contributors to validate logic, security, and production-readiness
- Identify business problems and build features end-to-end, integrating external APIs into the application
- Manage deployments and infrastructure for the GTM platform while maintaining code quality standards and documentation
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
- Fluency in a modern web stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
- Experience with code contributions and reviews in a multi-person codebase
- Proven track record of owning features from problem identification to solution implementation
- Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
