GTM Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing marketing team, the full-time remote GTM Engineer will build, configure, and maintain data pipelines, integrations, and AI workflows that enhance go-to-market operations and ensure efficient lead routing and signal processing.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrations between marketing tools and Salesforce, ensuring clean and reliable data flow
- Automate lead routing and manual processes to optimize the efficiency of inbound marketing efforts
- Develop AI capabilities and workflows that enable a lean team to operate at scale, including signal processing and data enrichment
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in revenue/marketing/sales operations or a comparable technical GTM role
- Proven track record of building GTM automations or data pipelines independently
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce as a builder, including CRM objects and integrations
- Demonstrated use of AI in workflow development and troubleshooting
- Fluency in Python or SQL, and experience with REST APIs
