GTM Engineer
Job Summary
Joining the Growth team, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage the internal platform for GTM operations, focusing on code review, feature development, and infrastructure management while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review pull requests from cross-functional contributors to ensure code quality and production readiness
- Identify business problems and develop features end-to-end, integrating external APIs as needed
- Manage deployments and infrastructure for the GTM platform while maintaining documentation and contributor patterns
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
- Experience in contributing to and reviewing code in a collaborative multi-person codebase
- Demonstrated ability to own features from problem identification to solution implementation
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
