GTM Engineer
Job Summary
Joining the Growth team, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage the internal platform that supports GTM operations, focusing on code review, feature development, and infrastructure management in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review pull requests from cross-functional contributors to ensure code quality and production readiness
- Identify business problems and build features end-to-end, integrating external APIs as needed
- Manage deployments and infrastructure for the GTM platform while maintaining documentation and code quality standards
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
- Fluency in a modern web stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
- Experience in a multi-person codebase, including code reviews and managing merge conflicts
- A proven track record of owning features from problem identification to solution implementation
- Comfort with DevOps practices related to servers, deployments, and infrastructure management
