Job Summary
Owning the scaled outbound motion, the full-time remote GTM Engineer will collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer to build and optimize workflows for personalized outreach using modern GTM tools, while blending technical implementation with creative problem-solving to generate pipeline in a large market.
Key responsibilities
- Build and optimize workflows for high-volume outreach using GTM tools
- Leverage intent data to drive personalized outreach strategies
- Integrate systems and create no code/low code automations to enhance outbound strategies
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years managing GTM workflows at a B2B SaaS company
- Experience with tools such as Clay, Claude Code, Trigger.dev, Smartlead, and HeyReach
- Ability to create and implement automation solutions
- Familiarity with scaled outbound strategies and deliverability best practices
