GTM Engineer
Job Summary
To drive the growth of a virtual neurology clinic, the remote GTM Engineer will own the daily volume of qualified meetings with rural and health system decision-makers, design automated outbound workflows, and optimize the RevOps backbone to ensure effective lead conversion.
Key responsibilities
- Own and iterate the AI-driven engine for increasing qualified meetings booked with decision-makers
- Design and implement automated outbound workflows for personalized outreach and lead scoring
- Build and maintain a target list and scoring model for rural health systems to enhance outreach effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Deep, hands-on AI fluency with LLMs and automation platforms
- Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare systems, including 340B and hospital buying dynamics
- 3-8+ years of experience in RevOps, sales engineering, or GTM engineering, preferably in healthtech
- Proficiency in HubSpot or Salesforce administration, SQL, and no-code/low-code automation tools
- Collaborative and mission-aligned mindset with a focus on expanding access to neurological care
