GTM Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the internal platform for GTM operations, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage code reviews, develop features, and oversee infrastructure while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review pull requests from contributors to ensure code quality and security
- Identify business problems and build features from scoping to deployment
- Manage deployments and maintain the GTM platform's infrastructure and codebase
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
- Fluency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
- Experience in code review and multi-person codebase management
- Proven track record of owning features end-to-end without detailed specifications
- Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
