GTM Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the internal platform for GTM operations, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage code reviews, develop features end-to-end, and oversee infrastructure while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review PRs from cross-functional contributors, ensuring code quality and security
- Identify business problems and build features, integrating external APIs as needed
- Manage deployments and maintain documentation and contributor patterns for the GTM platform
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
- Fluency in a modern web stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
- Experience with code reviews and managing contributions in a multi-person codebase
- Proven ability to own features from problem identification to solution implementation
- Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
