GTM Engineer
Job Summary
Joining the Growth team, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage the internal platform for GTM operations, focusing on code review, feature development, and infrastructure management while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional contributors.
Key responsibilities
- Review pull requests from cross-functional contributors to ensure code quality and production readiness
- Identify business problems and develop features end-to-end, integrating external APIs as needed
- Manage deployments, servers, and infrastructure for the GTM platform while maintaining documentation and code quality standards
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
- Fluency in a modern web stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
- Experience in contributing to and reviewing code in a multi-person codebase
- Proven track record of owning features from problem identification to solution implementation and adoption
- Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
