GTM Engineer
Job Summary
To build the technical backbone of a new go-to-market model, the remote GTM Engineer will manage the pre-sale pipeline, automate workflows, and implement AI sales tooling to enhance the sales cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Build and optimize the pre-sale pipeline, including lead enrichment, scoring, and routing
- Implement signal intelligence to identify in-market accounts and guide sales representatives on next steps
- Automate integration between Salesforce, AI vendors, and other systems to streamline operations
Required qualifications
- 3 to 7+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM engineering
- Proficiency with modern AI tools and coding for system integration and internal tool development
- Experience working with APIs and data models, with the ability to evaluate and select AI automation platforms
- Strong prototyping skills, with a focus on measuring outcomes and refining processes
- Ability to collaborate with sales and marketing leaders to identify bottlenecks and create efficient workflows
