Job Summary
To enhance go-to-market efficiency, the full-time remote GTM Engineer will manage the revenue tech stack, optimize CRM workflows, and oversee lead management processes while collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and optimize revenue tech platforms, ensuring effective integration and data governance
- Act as the liaison for CRM administration and data workflow improvements, specifically with Salesforce
- Oversee lead management processes, including automated routing and collaboration with marketing on lead quality
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, with 3+ years in CRM administration, preferably Salesforce
- Hands-on experience with revenue tech tools, including conversational intelligence and sales engagement platforms
- Proficiency in API-based integrations and data governance strategies
- Experience in project/change management, including backlog management and user acceptance testing
- Strong stakeholder management skills for clear communication and requirement gathering
