GTM Engineer
Job Summary
To support Boulevard's growth, the remote GTM Engineer will architect and scale automation systems across CRM platforms to enhance outbound prospecting, lead routing, and seller workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Own the architecture and evolution of automation workflows across Salesforce, Clay, LeanData, Gong, and Outreach
- Design and operationalize AI-driven enrichment workflows and GPT-driven outbound personalization frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve routing logic, enrichment standards, and automate manual processes
Required qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or a technical automation role within B2B SaaS
- Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce and strong understanding of CRM architecture
- Experience building workflows in Clay and LeanData
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Zapier, Workato, or N8N
- BA/BS degree preferred
