Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth marketing, product management, systems, or operations, with 2+ years in GTM Engineering or AI Engineering
• Experience designing and deploying AI agents and workflows that deliver real results
• Proven ability to build evaluation frameworks for AI systems
• Hands-on experience with AI APIs and agent frameworks
• Familiarity with marketing technology stacks, including automation tools and CRMs
