Job Summary
To support a growing recruiting team, the full-time GTM Engineer for Advisor Recruiting will manage an outbound motion to generate qualified financial advisor conversations, utilizing tools like HubSpot and Clay in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive consistent outbound volume to ensure a steady flow of meetings for the recruiting team
- Evaluate and optimize the existing tooling and processes for outbound execution
- Write personalized outreach messages and report on booked meetings and performance metrics
Required qualifications
- Proficiency with outbound tools such as HubSpot, Clay, and email/LinkedIn execution platforms
- Experience in crafting effective cold messaging that feels personalized
- Ability to own performance metrics and adapt strategies based on results
- Early career stage with a readiness to take on significant responsibilities
- Familiarity with the B2B wealth management or advisor recruiting sectors is a plus but not required
