Job Summary

Owning the automation layer and revenue intelligence stack, the full-time remote GTM Engineer for Sales Automation will implement and optimize tools, build integrations to streamline workflows, and provide AI-driven insights to enhance sales productivity.

Key responsibilities
  • Implement and iterate on automation for high-volume sales workflows, including follow-up sequences and task creation
  • Audit the sales process to identify automation opportunities and develop a prioritized roadmap
  • Build integration architecture connecting revenue intelligence platforms with CRM and reporting tools for seamless insights delivery
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM AI Engineering, with 2+ years focused on AI and GTM tool implementation
  • Demonstrated experience designing and deploying AI agents and workflows
  • Strong SQL skills and experience in data warehouse environments (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)
  • Experience building reporting infrastructure in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Salesforce Reports)
  • Understanding of data governance and compliance regulations
