Key Responsibilities

• Build and operate automated workflows for researching and scoring target hospital accounts
• Configure intent signals and respond to buying triggers with AI-personalized outreach
• Design outreach sequences, A/B test messaging, and maintain Salesforce as the source of truth

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, sales ops, rev ops, or growth with a focus on building systems
• Hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, Salesforce, or similar GTM tools
• Ability to design automation for manual processes
• Strong writing skills for crafting personalized outreach messages
• Comfortable working independently in an early-stage company environment
