Job Summary
Transforming manual post-sale processes into automated systems, the full-time remote GTM Engineer, Post-Sales will manage onboarding, billing, and order workflows while directly engaging with customers to ensure accurate and efficient operations.
Key responsibilities
- Automate contract-to-billing configurations and manage the onboarding activation tracker for new customers
- Develop billing reconciliation automation and handle customer-facing resolution of disputes
- Build and maintain the renewal administration engine and extend account health signal systems to drive expansion revenue
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in GTM engineering or automation-heavy operations within Revenue Operations, Sales, or Customer Success Ops
- Experience building automations, integrations, or AI workflows, with proficiency in tools like Zapier, Python, or APIs
- Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems and understanding of system hygiene's impact on reporting
- Experience with Gong or similar call-intelligence platforms to reduce manual CRM data entry
- Ability to effectively manage customer-facing conversations regarding billing and onboarding issues
