GTM Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of GTM Engineering to architect and build automation infrastructure for their go-to-market engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the GTM automation architecture by designing and maintaining workflows connecting GTM systems
• Build automated prospecting systems that utilize data scraping and AI for lead research and outreach
• Engineer the lead lifecycle for instant qualification, enrichment, and routing of inbound leads

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Growth Engineering, GTM Engineering, Technical RevOps, or Backend Engineering
• Experience with Workflow Automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier)
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python or Javascript/Typescript)
• Knowledge of API Integration (REST/Webhooks) and SQL
• Experience in AI Engineering, including Prompt Engineering and OpenAI API
