GTM Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Engineering and Systems Manager to lead their GTM Systems & Tools team within the Revenue Operations department.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-impact team, defining roles and organizing functions
• Operate as an internal product team, defining roadmaps and scaling winning tactics
• Own the full stack of revenue engineering, ensuring data quality and integration across systems

Required Qualifications

• Experience building GTM infrastructure at a fast-growing SaaS company
• Hands-on experience with AI agents and automation systems
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with knowledge of system integrations
• Ability to design scalable data architecture and activate data signals
• Experience managing the full customer lifecycle, including inbound, expansion, and retention
