GTM Finance Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of GTM Finance to serve as a strategic partner to Go-To-Market executives and support Sales and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic financial advice to the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, collaborating on go-to-market strategies
• Develop financial models to evaluate sales and marketing initiatives, including ROI and customer lifetime value
• Deliver actionable financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and drive revenue growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 15+ years of experience in finance or sales operations, preferably in a SaaS company
• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and financial planning
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
• In-depth knowledge of Financial Planning Software, Salesforce, Xactly, and Clari
