Job Summary
A company is looking for a GTM Finance Manager responsible for FP&A activities, financial oversight, and data-driven insights for the Revenue organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial and headcount planning, performance reporting, and forecasting for the GTM organization
- Improve forecast accuracy, provide financial oversight, and offer data-driven insights to optimize Revenue performance
- Manage FP&A processes, including reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of finance experience in investment banking, consulting, or high-growth/startup FP&A
- Previous experience supporting sales and/or marketing functions
- Excel wizardry and knowledge of SaaS business models and metrics
- Growth mindset, ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to drive insights from large datasets (SQL experience a plus) and familiarity with FP&A software (NetSuite preferred)
