Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM/G&A Talent Acquisition Sourcer - Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage top-tier talent for various GTM & G&A roles using diverse sourcing strategies
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines by networking and tracking potential future hires
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to understand specific hiring needs and support diversity initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of sourcing experience in technical Revenue, Marketing, Legal, Finance & Accounting roles
• 1+ years of in-house recruiting or sourcing experience in startups or fast-growing tech companies
• Deep understanding of technical roles, particularly in enterprise technical sales, marketing, and G&A teams
• Familiarity with recruiting and sourcing tools such as Workday, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Able to thrive in a hybrid work environment and adapt to changing hiring needs
