Job Summary
A company is looking for a GTM Growth Lead (ABM) to build and own their outbound pipeline engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the Total Addressable Market (TAM) by defining Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), segmentation, and account scoring
- Own the outbound motion by designing messaging and sequences, improving reply rates, and running weekly experiments
- Create playbooks and enable the team by developing repeatable ABM playbooks and training Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience building outbound/ABM pipeline
- Track record of generating qualified meetings or pipeline
- Strong understanding of ICP, targeting, and messaging
- Hands-on operator with experience in fast-paced startup environments
- Experience with Clay, Sales Navigator, or sequencing tools
