Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Growth Lead (ABM) to build and own their outbound pipeline engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain the Total Addressable Market (TAM) by defining Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), segmentation, and account scoring
  • Own the outbound motion by designing messaging and sequences, improving reply rates, and running weekly experiments
  • Create playbooks and enable the team by developing repeatable ABM playbooks and training Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)


Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience building outbound/ABM pipeline
  • Track record of generating qualified meetings or pipeline
  • Strong understanding of ICP, targeting, and messaging
  • Hands-on operator with experience in fast-paced startup environments
  • Experience with Clay, Sales Navigator, or sequencing tools
