Job Summary

As the founding member of a new team, the full-time remote GTM Lead will manage the launch of an innovative product, guiding customers through the sales process, onboarding, and providing ongoing support while defining the customer journey and building the operational playbook.

Key responsibilities
  • Sell a new product and guide customers through a largely self-serve experience
  • Onboard new customers and assist them in maximizing product usage
  • Provide ongoing support, address customer questions, and collaborate with engineers on product development
Required qualifications
  • Experience in a SaaS company in a customer-facing role involving sales, onboarding, or support
  • Background in a startup or fast-paced environment with significant ownership and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong understanding of sales, customer needs, and overall business operations
  • A high-agency, problem-solving mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and contribute to building processes from the ground up
