GTM Leadership Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Leadership Coach and Content Creator.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and create content for leadership development focused on GTM leaders
• Create, plan, and manage end-to-end programs and projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders
• Design and deliver training content, digital assets, and workshops to enhance professional development programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of professional experience in a GTM function, facilitation, coaching, or project management
• ICF certified coach training with a minimum of 250 coaching hours
• Experience in a customer-facing role for large enterprise software or transformation programs
• Strong project management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
