Job Summary
To support product-led growth and enterprise expansion during a period of hypergrowth, the full-time remote GTM Manager will manage commercial growth across strategic accounts, drive customer engagement, and refine go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Own commercial growth across strategic accounts, focusing on increasing usage and expanding contracts
- Lead customer discovery conversations to understand workflows and translate AI capabilities into business value
- Help refine the enterprise GTM motion while partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in GTM, account management, growth, or related roles
- Strong track record of growing customer contracts within SaaS, PLG, or AI-native companies
- Experience at a PLG-first, API-first, or credit-based GenAI company preferred
- Ability to communicate complex AI products to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage usage data to drive growth
