Key Responsibilities

• Design and own learning paths for all GTM roles, ensuring consistency and practical application
• Build and refine sales playbooks that translate GTM strategy into actionable guides
• Lead workshop-style sessions during global GTM bootcamps, providing coaching and feedback

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in GTM Leadership, Sales Enablement, or at a top-tier Sales Consultancy
• Understanding of the entire GTM motion, with the ability to communicate across various roles
• Proven ability to create structured, outcome-oriented learning journeys
• Expertise in facilitating engaging sessions for diverse GTM audiences
• Deep knowledge of MEDDPICC based playbooks and value-selling frameworks
