Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize customer success operational strategies and workflows
- Manage and enhance the customer success tech stack and reporting systems
- Support data analysis and program management for customer health and engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Customer Success Operations in a SaaS environment
- Strong Salesforce administration skills including Flows, validation rules, and reporting
- Proven ability to refine workflows and diagnose operational inefficiencies
- Solid understanding of SaaS customer metrics such as retention and churn
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
