Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Operations Analyst (Customer Success).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize customer success operational strategies and workflows
  • Manage and enhance the customer success tech stack and reporting systems
  • Support data analysis and program management for customer health and engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Customer Success Operations in a SaaS environment
  • Strong Salesforce administration skills including Flows, validation rules, and reporting
  • Proven ability to refine workflows and diagnose operational inefficiencies
  • Solid understanding of SaaS customer metrics such as retention and churn
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
