GTM Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Operations Analyst to support go-to-market teams through reporting, tooling, process design, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline health and performance insights
• Track GTM tool adoption and run audits for operational efficiency
• Map and document key operational processes and provide day-to-day support

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations or GTM analytics
• Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot or similar platforms
• Familiarity with at least two tools in the modern GTM stack
• Experience building in Power BI or similar BI tools
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to build workflows
