Job Summary
To support a growing AI-driven startup, the full-time GTM Operations Analyst Contractor will manage HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hubs, contribute to marketing operations, and build AI workflows while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimize HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub, including properties, workflows, and reporting
- Enhance marketing operations through lifecycle scoring, MQL-to-SQL quality enforcement, and intent data integration
- Develop and operate AI workflows using Claude Code, collaborating with the VP of Ops to support various functions
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing ops, sales ops, RevOps, or GTM engineering at a B2B SaaS company
- Proven HubSpot administration skills, including lifecycle management and reporting
- Experience with Claude Code or similar AI tooling, capable of building and deploying operational skills
- Familiarity with event instrumentation in tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel
- Proficient in SQL and comfortable with Python or JavaScript for scripting tasks
