GTM Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the Deal Desk end-to-end, the full-time Associate GTM Operations Analyst will manage the lifecycle of deal desk cases, serve as the primary contact for contract assistance, and support the GTM tech stack while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of deal desk cases from intake to resolution, including quote adjustments and contract amendments
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related requests and standardize processes to improve service levels
• Provide day-to-day support across GTM tools, managing user onboarding and ensuring correct permissions and profiles

Required qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate complex operational details clearly
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple open cases simultaneously
• Curious about SaaS and motivated to deepen understanding of revenue operations and GTM tooling
• Flexible and reliable, comfortable with shift coverage to support end-of-quarter deal closing activities
• Customer-facing and collaborative, with a service-first mindset in interactions with various teams
