GTM Operations Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Operations Director - Partner Solutions / Embedded Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the operating model for partner solutions and embedded offerings
• Design and improve core processes across partner GTM, sales, finance, legal, and customer success
• Lead forecasting and performance reviews for partner and embedded motions, providing insights to leadership

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in SaaS operations, revenue operations, or partner/channel operations
• Experience designing and running complex GTM operating models with measurable revenue impact
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders across various departments
• Experience in enterprise SaaS with large, global partner ecosystems is preferred
• Background in management consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic operations is advantageous
