Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Operations Manager (RevOps, Marketing Ops, CS Ops).

Key Responsibilities

Own and optimize HubSpot CRM, including workflows, routing, and integrations
Implement GPT-powered workflows for follow-ups and internal handoffs
Collaborate with GTM leadership to build dashboards and improve funnel performance

Required Qualifications

5+ years of RevOps or GTM Ops experience in a B2B SaaS environment
Deep hands-on expertise with HubSpot as a CRM and marketing automation platform
Track record of managing high-leverage operational projects across sales, marketing, and/or CS
Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Fathom, Gong, and Clay
Experience with custom GPTs or AI automation workflows is a bonus
