Job Summary
A company is looking for a GTM Operations Manager to support partner-based sales models.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop annual plans with MSP and Hyperscaler sales leadership, including territory design and quota setting
- Drive pipeline reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking for sales organizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance MSP onboarding and reporting analytics
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in sales operations
- Experience supporting MSP and/or Hyperscaler sales organizations
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce with a proven track record of driving enhancements
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Outstanding analytical and reporting skills
