Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Ops Manager for a new vertical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the go-to-market number for a new vertical, defining the funnel and driving the team to meet targets
  • Build the sales playbook from scratch, including ICP, messaging, and sales processes
  • Manage external vendors and agencies, ensuring accountability for pipeline outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of GTM experience, including 2+ years running a sales team or full GTM motion
  • Experience launching a new vertical or product and building the associated playbook
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data-driven decision making
  • Track record of hiring and ramping AEs and XDRs quickly in a high-growth environment
  • Experience managing agencies and external vendors effectively
