Job Summary
A company is looking for a GTM Ops Manager for a new vertical.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the go-to-market number for a new vertical, defining the funnel and driving the team to meet targets
- Build the sales playbook from scratch, including ICP, messaging, and sales processes
- Manage external vendors and agencies, ensuring accountability for pipeline outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of GTM experience, including 2+ years running a sales team or full GTM motion
- Experience launching a new vertical or product and building the associated playbook
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data-driven decision making
- Track record of hiring and ramping AEs and XDRs quickly in a high-growth environment
- Experience managing agencies and external vendors effectively
