Job Summary
Overseeing the creation and analysis of performance metrics, the full-time remote GTM Operations Manager will manage reporting across GTM and CX teams, enhance processes, and drive revenue growth through data-driven insights and recommendations.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards across Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, Partner Ops, and CX Ops
- Partner with teams to measure activation performance across campaigns and demand generation channels
- Create GTM Leadership and Monthly Board Reporting, identifying trends and providing data-driven insights
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record in building reporting and dashboards for executive decision-making
- Advanced experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM, including custom reporting and workflows
- Strong proficiency with a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake preferred) and SQL
- Hands-on experience with a modern BI tool (e.g., Sigma, Looker, Tableau)
