GTM Operations Manager

Job Summary

Owning the reliability and usability of the GTM tech stack, the full-time remote GTM Operations Manager will manage systems architecture, enhance workflow efficiency, and ensure data fidelity across various platforms to support the go-to-market teams in their operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a visual map of the GTM tech stack, documenting integrations and data flows across teams
• Conduct workflow audits to identify and implement improvements that enhance GTM operations
• Oversee integrations between platforms, ensuring data accuracy and quality standards are met

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or related fields
• Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot, including administration and integration management
• Demonstrated ability to document and improve GTM workflows and system integrations
• Strong analytical skills to trace data issues and maintain data quality standards
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders
