Job Summary
To support a rapidly scaling GTM motion, the full-time remote GTM Operations Manager will build and manage sales planning processes, scale outbound sales efforts, and develop the revenue operations function at the company.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage the weekly sales forecast process, ensuring pipeline integrity and CRM data accuracy
- Scale outbound sales initiatives using tools like Clay and Salesforce to enhance sales team productivity
- Lead the development of the revenue operations function, defining strategic priorities and execution plans
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or GTM Operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven experience in building core sales operations processes from the ground up
- Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Builder mentality with a focus on documentation and system improvement
- Ability to prioritize effectively and drive progress in a fast-paced environment
