GTM Operations Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Education side of the business, the full-time remote GTM Operations Manager will manage end-to-end operational improvements, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive data strategy to enhance growth and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to design operational processes and reporting that support retention and growth goals
• Own the quality and integrity of data across Salesforce and other GTM systems, including audits and governance
• Lead continuous improvement efforts and implement new processes to enhance speed, scale, and automation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical field such as Business, Economics, or Mathematics
• 3+ years of experience in an analytical or operations-focused role, preferably within Sales or Revenue Operations
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reports, dashboards, and automation
• Experience administering GTM systems and integrations like Gainsight or similar tools
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI and reporting tools such as Looker or Tableau
