GTM Operations Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an analytical and execution-oriented GTM Operations Manager to work full-time in a remote capacity, responsible for building, running, and improving systems and processes that support Smartcat's go-to-market organization across sales and customer operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with GTM teams to address operational challenges throughout the customer lifecycle, including lead management and renewals
• Utilize AI and automation to streamline workflows, enhance team productivity, and minimize manual tasks
• Deliver insightful reporting and analysis to improve forecasting, planning, and pipeline visibility

Required qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, or Business Operations in a B2B SaaS environment
• Broad knowledge of pre-sale and post-sale motions, including lead management, forecasting, and customer handoffs
• Strong practical fluency with generative AI and automation tools
• Expertise in CRM systems, including workflow automation and data quality
• Ability to translate business goals into operational solutions and manage projects from analysis through implementation
