GTM Operations Process Architect

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end processes and automation for Central Operations, the full-time remote GTM Operations Process Architect will design and implement systems for territory management, quota adjustments, and user segmentation while driving cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own the process and tooling roadmap for Central Policy and Operations, aligning strategic direction with investment needs
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to align territory, quota, and adjustment data for AI enablement
• Design and implement automation for workflows in Salesforce to reduce manual intervention and contractor dependency

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business operations, systems development, or technical program management
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end systems or tooling programs in a cross-functional environment
• Strong SQL proficiency and experience with data architecture or systems integration
• Experience leading process redesign and automation initiatives that improved operational efficiency
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions across functions
