Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Operations Specialist to manage payment operations and HubSpot administration while enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage HubSpot CRM, optimizing workflows and creating dashboards for revenue KPIs
Act as the primary liaison for merchant onboarding and analyze payment processing rates
Provide high-touch service to clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and responsive support

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field
3+ years of experience in payment operations, merchant services, or RevOps
Experience administering and optimizing HubSpot or equivalent CRM
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SQL Database experience is a plus
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple high-impact workflows
